The people at the front office have very bad attitude they don't talk to the people with respect.
They never answer the phone and once they do answer they say we will call you back but never happens.
I usually make Saturday appointments with them and once I go there for the appointment the office is not even opened for the day. And they have the eager to yell at me telling me I always cancel the appointments that I make when they are the one not even opening the office.
About a week ago I was there to get Xray done and my brother needed it too and they said he can just walk in on Friday. so today (2/9/18) I called just to make sure the office wasn't full and he can just walk in but when I called they said we will call you right back but they never did. So I had to drive all the way over there and just walk in as they told me and I was calling over and over again while I was driving over there but no one answered the phone. When I went there they said we can't see you today.
