May, 14 2019Richard frank1CAUTION---reasonable prices, bad customer service. they don't communicate with the customer. I asked for a price to repair the rug. no call or any communication. I guess they don't really care to keep their customers. They are claiming they tried to work with me but they NEVER contacted me regarding the repair.... BEWARE if they tell you different they are lying.
