Mark has been doing my yard for over two years. Recently, and never before this, he showed up at 7:20 am on a Friday morning to start normal service. I told Mark that it was too early, and he asked what would be an appropriate time. I said between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Then Mark volunteered to come back the following Monday. I thanked him, and he left. About two minutes later, he called and terminated our service. Needless to say, this reaction greatly surprised me.

Mark and his crew has done an overall very good job. There was one instance where I needed them to clean a little earlier in the week than what was scheduled, and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. They still did a great job. Mark is always accessible and keeps the communication lines open. Keep up the good work!
