The Village at Wesley Chapel Apartments at 4336 Pleasant Point Drive, Decatur, Georgia.

The water here is constantly being turned off to remove a white, opaque chalky looking substance that comes out of the tap. It's been turned off to be "fixed" FOUR TIMES IN THREE WEEKS and it's not like it was perfect prior to that. It's December 12th 2017 and it's already been shut off for 3 days and they sent out a flier saying it's getting shut off on the 13th. Add to that there is usually a 24-48 hour period prior to shut off where, yeah the water is turned on, but you can't even see through it.

One day I came home with a note on my door saying "we'll finish up tomorrow". Wasn't sure what it was about so I went in, didn't notice anything. Went to use the bathroom and there is a giant hole in my wall. Apparently this was to fix someone's else apartment. They fixed the hole two days later by covering it with dry wall and putting white plaster on it... white plaster on wall painted yellow and they they got tired I guess so it's white plaster on a yellow wall, and the middle is gray dry wall. That Villages at Wesley Chapel craftmanship!

I'm here because Atlanta has a housing crisis and there aren't better options at the price. Sadly management knows this so they aren't really trying too hard either. These apartments don't have to be bad but it's like their goal is to turn them into slum lord style housing.

All they will do is EXACTLY what you see in these google reviews: feed you some lip service about "I'm sorry to hear about your experience..." and not make any changes. You can bet for damn sure though that come lease renewal, the the lovely amenities (did I mention a laundry room where only 2/6 of the dryers work!), great utilities (that special water you can't even see through), and the amazing handymen are why your rent is going up.
