NTB-National Tire & Battery at 4373 Snapfinger Woods Drive, Decatur, Georgia.

Went to initially get a tire change, oil change, and car alignment. Never had a problem with the starter until I went to pick up for car (after having to call them and see if the car was ready 5 hours later) but all of a sudden was in need of a new starter upon arrival. Again, never had a problem with the car starting since the car had been in my possession for the past 6 months and now the car won't turn on at all. An extra $300 was needed to pay for a starter and the maintainence to get it done that day but I elected to just have it towed once the oil change, tire change, and alignment was completed. Makes no sense to me at all regardless of any explanation on starter malfunctions.
