We just signed up this previous week for new service. I hate when people are super friendly over the phone when they can get your money. The CSR told me oh all you need is an account number to receive the equipment which I knew that sounded wrong. Today we went to this location and the service people was rude not helpful to say the least. Here is a friendly tip just because the office is on Wesley chapel doesn't mean ghetto people should not be professional.
