What an experience! Frank Jacobson helped us from start(over the phone) to the finish when we arrived from Athens. We were able to relax once we met Frank in person and realized that he knew everything we needed to know and do to get our belongings into storage and feel that everything would be safe and sound after we left. He was patient and caring besides being knowledgeable. Something we don't get just anywhere doing business in today's hectic world. We love the Life Storage facility and are very impressed that the company hire people like Frank. Thanks Frank and thanks Life Storage.
Just want to do an update to let everyone considering using Life Storage know that we have closed our storage unit and Frank(and Nelson) give it their all up until the last. They even set aside their lunch hour to insure that the donation center (which had messed up the pickup schedule) would have access to the unit. I mean,talk about customer service!!!! They could have left us hanging,but didn't even consider it. I am forever indebted to them and Life Storage for seeing us through. Thank you,Frank and Nelson.
