Horrible florist. You don't want to order from here. They have a bad attitude. They never check their email for whatever reason. You can pay online with your card and get an automatic email with order details in it - and I'm sure that they have to look at that order from there - yet they cannot check their email or be bothered enough to respond to you. The Customer Service here is non-existent.

I ordered flowers that never got delivered. Why? The lady prepping the orders for the driver apparently wrote the wrong street name. So, the driver delivered them to a dishonest person up the street. When I called (took me 3 days to find out from them), she acted like it was a typical thing that she made a mistake. "That's probably why....I wrote the wrong street name on it." Ya think? Then it was assumed that I still wanted flowers delivered 3 days late. Now why would I want that? You've MISSED the occasion already. Why would they want late flowers? Absolutely horrible. I'll never buy from here again. Oh, and if you're "local" like their web site says (free delivery for local orders)...I guarantee that you'll get charged $13 for "not being local" in their eyes. Local must mean that you have to be a few houses away from their business instead of 2-3 miles.

5/12/2018 Update: A year later, I decided to give this company another shot because they're so local to me. The exact same thing. Like before, they probably delivered it elsewhere to another house with the same number, but different street name. In this day and age, I don't see how that is possible. Last time they got "Drive" and "Circle" mixed up, which are two TOTALLY different names not even remotely close to each other. I scheduled a delivery for Saturday (the day before Mother's Day) because my mother is working all day on Sunday/Mother's Day. What do they do? Give it to the wrong place. They should require identification for people to accept flowers. If the last name doesn't match, it should be refused.
